during the swing.
Use body measurements for apparel and playing patterns for equipment. When you fall between two answers, choose the one that protects movement and repeatability.
Measure once. Keep the tape level.
Chest is measured around the fullest part with arms relaxed. Waist is measured where the body naturally bends. The Tech-Dry 01 Polo uses an athletic fit; choose the larger size if you prefer more room through the torso.
| Size | Chest | Waist | Body length |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 36–38 | 29–31 | 27.5 |
| M | 39–41 | 32–34 | 28.5 |
| L | 42–44 | 35–37 | 29.5 |
| XL | 45–48 | 38–41 | 30.5 |
| XXL | 49–52 | 42–45 | 31.5 |

Close, not restrictive.
Measure around the widest part of the hand, excluding the thumb. Cabretta leather relaxes slightly with use. A new glove should lie smooth across the palm without excess material at the fingertips.
| Size | Hand circumference |
|---|---|
| S | 7.0–7.5 in |
| M | 7.5–8.0 in |
| ML | 8.0–8.5 in |
| L | 8.5–9.0 in |
| XL | 9.0–9.5 in |
Length and flex are starting points, not identities.
Height and wrist-to-floor measurement can establish a first club-length range. Tempo, delivery and strike location determine whether that range actually works. Shaft flex labels are not standardized across manufacturers.
Send a player intakeShorter may improve center contact; longer may add speed only when control remains.
Use posture, strike pattern and lie interaction to validate the build.
Eye line, posture and intended arc matter more than height alone.
